FINAL RESULTS
At the end of the school year; the final average marks on a completed report card indicate Whether a student has fulfilled the requirements for promotion or not.
4.PROMOTION
- A student with satisfactory results will be promoted to the next class for the following school year or, if completing F.5, will be awarded a School Leaving Certificate.
- A student who has failed to obtain satisfactory results, will be retained in the name class for the following school year or, if completing F.5, be denied a School Leaving Certificate.
- A student who has been retained (has already repeated) in the same class and fails again at the end of the second year, has to leave the school.
5. Assessment of Tern work 20%

* Absence for Classwork
- No alternative test/exam should be administered to any student in case of absence/leave of any kind.
- Do not base the average on the missing test/exam if there is a valid reason for any absence after having consulted the Principals 10% should be deducted from the average of the classworks attendended.
- No student should be allowed to re-take a test at any time.

Highest mark for any subject 100
Passing mark for any subject 50
Marks under 50 are failing marks
PERCENTAGE
In order to give a fair assessment to a student's work, a percentage value is set for marks obtained all through the year.
