加高汤粉原因只有一个...要封锁鸡肝的味道...用清水煮会使鸡肝内的味道流失在清水中...小弟小有研究餐饮精随...如何使材料的原味保持不流失还有一点小心得...鲷鱼片的好处...容易取得(秋刀鱼肉便宜腥味又重也行喔)...各生鲜超市都有贩卖...不用去皮剔骨制作比较方便...所以这项标题注明的"初级"肉料制作...一切以简单方便为主...30分钟内就可制作完毕....厨房也不会有讨人厌的鱼腥味...改天大家就来试试我的独门绝技啰!
